Job Description

Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for :

• Leading multiple projects and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Serving as the executive liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving repeat business.
• Overseeing project financials - budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Supporting business development and preconstruction efforts, including pursuits and contract negotiations.
• Managing risk, safety, and compliance across all projects.
• Mentoring and developing Project Managers and field leaders.
• Ensuring consistent execution of company standards, processes, and best practices.
