Pharmacy Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Formulary & Medical Pharmacy Operations to join their Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical pharmacy initiatives and manage affordability projects within the pharmacy department

Collaborate with various departments to operationalize pharmacy workflows and monitor savings initiatives

Develop and maintain a clinically appropriate formulary and manage the P&T committee

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

4+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy operations for PBM or Payer

4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams / projects and change management

3+ years of experience in formulary management and clinical policy development
