Quality Assurance Coordinator

Our client in Bergen County, NJ is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will come out of packaging or food and beverage and will have 2-5 years experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter quality, food safety, and packaging data into Supplier Hubs to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Review packaging to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards using the Artwork flow tool.
• Work with the internal marketing team and overseas QC team on packaging modifications, reviews, and approvals.
• Assist the QA Manager with the Specification Review program.
• Support the rollout of new quality and food safety initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for QA / Packaging initiatives.
• Analyze and report consumer complaints to senior management.
• Assist senior management with internal and external third-party audits.
• Assist with regulatory activities related to USFDA / CFIA compliance as directed by senior management.
