Registered Nurse-RN

We need Registered Nurses (RNs) Night Shift to join our team at Highlandspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care in Ft. Thomas, KY .

$35 to $42 Per Hour - (based on RN licensure and experience)

PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

Our Registered Nurses Will Be Responsible For :

• Registered Nurse care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician's orders and patient plan of care.
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
