Construction Management - Mechanical / Piping WPO

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Management - Mechanical / Piping WPO (Work Package Owner) in Wilson, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree At least 15 years of construction site experience At least 15 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and / or construction manager Experience with HVAC and Mechanical piping and ductwork and Controls Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings / specifications for construction execution. Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems / components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required. Ability to review and assist with HVAC and Mechanical scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase

Ideally, you'll also have : Pharma experience Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning Excellent communications skills Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and / or reviews with owner and designers Attend constructability reviews Lead client and construction meetings. Safety leader (JHA's revision / daily signed off permits) Quality in construction Turn over process including TOP's, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners. OSHA 30
