Senior Litigation Attorney

A rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury trial firm in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. We handle catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, trucking accidents, and industrial / maritime injury cases. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of a low-volume, high-value docket and work directly on complex litigation with seven- and eight-figure potential.

About the Role :

• Lead plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with autonomy.
• Strategize case development and litigation approach alongside a seasoned trial team.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with a tight-knit staff of paralegals, intake, and client support professionals.
• Engage directly with clients who are navigating life-changing injuries, providing compassionate advocacy.
