Position Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Review Associate Attorney to join our team at our Trumbull headquarters. This is a non-litigation role focused on proactive legal analysis rather than courtroom advocacy.

The attorney will :

• Conduct detailed coverage analysis of downstream risk transfer for commercial construction projects.
• Review insurance policies and subcontract agreements to ensure proper allocation of risk.
• Work independently and collaboratively to identify and resolve complex coverage issues.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients.
