As a Tier IV Electronics Technician, youll take a leading role in equipment reliability, automation optimization, and process improvement across HiTHIUMs U.S. manufacturing operations. Youll combine hands-on technical expertise with data-driven decision making to increase uptime, reduce recurring failures, and enhance system efficiency. This position represents the transition from advanced technical capability to leadership in reliability and continuous improvement. Youll work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify systemic issues, develop long-term solutions, and guide technical initiatives that elevate plant performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact downtime events and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for automated systems and robotics.
• Support PLC and controls logic optimization in collaboration with engineering.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using data from EAM, MES, and production KPIs
• Drive initiatives in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, thermography, harmonic, etc.)
• Coordinate technical training and knowledge-sharing across technician tiers
• Support new equipment commissioning and contribute to design feedback for maintainability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects that enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
