Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and Postgres

Proficiency with geospatial data (PostGIS, Google Maps API, or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with React and Tailwind for building data-driven frontends

Skilled in project management and agile delivery, comfortable using tools like Linear
