  • About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to provide high-quality, knowledge-rich curricula that meet the needs of educators and drive student outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with the company's vision, and leading the execution of clear, actionable plans across the product portfolio. This executive will be a key leader in the product organization, working closely with the Chief Product Officer to translate strategy into practice and to maintain a strong focus on market demands and internal development capacity. The role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in product management, particularly in the education or mission-driven sectors, and a strong background in curriculum, edtech, or related industries.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Product Management include leading the team in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, managing the P&L across product lines, and ensuring that the product development process is in line with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). They must be adept at fostering a culture of customer-centric innovation, collaboration, and accountability, and be able to influence at all levels of the organization. Operational excellence, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are also critical aspects of the role, as is the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and to model mission-driven leadership in pursuit of the company's objectives.
