About the Role
This role plays a key part in advancing the growth of Kerry's Snack EUM (End User Market) by executing the strategic roadmap for the Snack category. The successful candidate will lead and support customer engagement efforts, fostering collaboration across processors, brands, and retailers to bring innovative snack concepts to market. The scope of this role spans Savory Snacks, Nutrition and Cereal Bars, Confections, and Cereal and will focus on promoting Kerry solutions to solve customer / consumer challenges. Those challenges include; Taste, Nutrition, Sustainability and Driving Value.
What Will You Do?
What Will You Need To Be Successful?
BS / MS / PhD in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline. Strong technical background in snack applications and flavor development. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial B2B food and beverage or private label industry. Proven track record in leading customer-facing technical engagement. Strong ability to create, drive and modulate complex projects involving multiple business functions.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $123,859 to $213,784 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
