• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to complete daily assignments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments to support team operations.
• Prepare and arrange shipping functions, ensuring timely delivery of products or materials.
• Handle scanning and digital filing tasks to ensure efficient data storage.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and streamline processes.
• Assist with administrative duties to support overall office operations.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgeton, New Jersey.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and shipping functions.
