As a Production Team member, you'll play a vital role in crafting stunning recognition pieces for our esteemed clientele. Please note : The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical activities such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate effectively within a team to execute all stages of award production.
  • Prepare crystal and glass awards for precision sand-carving.
  • Mount awards securely onto specialized bases using high-quality adhesives.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of awards before shipping.
