Job descriptionPatient Care : Conduct thorough medical evaluations, take detailed histories, and interpret findings to provide top-notch care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant . Documentation & Communication : Maintain meticulous records and reports, while fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff. Clinical Responsibilities : Manage your own patient clinic for follow-up appointments, handle hospital rounding, and assist with new consults and discharge summaries. Support : Be a key point of contact for physician pager calls when physicians are engaged in procedures. Nurse Practitioners : National certification in Adult Gerontology Acute Care (AG-AC NP) or Acute Care from a recognized body. Physician Assistants : Bachelor's degree, completion of an ARC-PA approved program, current licensure with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure, and BLS certification. Additional Requirements : Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 60 days of hire. Cardiology experience is a plus.
