Paralegal - Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Personal Injury to join our team in our Yardley, PA office. Key Responsibilities :
- Support case investigations, including identifying liable parties and evaluating liability.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to collect details regarding medical treatment, injuries, and financial losses.
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records and billing statements to support claims.
- Identify applicable health insurance coverage and research potential liens.
- Draft demand letters and legal documents; strong writing and detail orientation required.
- Assist with case preparation for negotiation, settlement, and trial, including creation of exhibits and visual aids.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal and factual research; ensure deadlines and case timelines are actively monitored.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and third parties.
- Perform accurate data entry and update case records within FileVine.
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Plaintiff's Personal Injury , within both pre-litigation and litigation processes.Working knowledge of Pennsylvania legal procedures .Paralegal certification or associate degree required .Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , with the ability to learn new legal software quickly.Highly organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written communication, research skills, and attention to detail.Professional presence and dedication to client service.Why Join Us :
