We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Personal Injury to join our team in our Yardley, PA office. Key Responsibilities :

• Support case investigations, including identifying liable parties and evaluating liability.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to collect details regarding medical treatment, injuries, and financial losses.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records and billing statements to support claims.
• Identify applicable health insurance coverage and research potential liens.
• Draft demand letters and legal documents; strong writing and detail orientation required.
• Assist with case preparation for negotiation, settlement, and trial, including creation of exhibits and visual aids.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal and factual research; ensure deadlines and case timelines are actively monitored.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and third parties.
• Perform accurate data entry and update case records within FileVine.
