We are currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $3000.00 for Full Time positions on the 3pm-11pm shift. Our facility is home to great residents and supportive families. We provide fantastic benefits, uniform allowances, and shift differentials!

As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), your responsibilities will include :

• Providing basic care to residents and assisting them in daily activities.
• Recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services according to their assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisors. You will be entrusted with the administrative authority and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
