Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall integrity, accuracy, and health of the Field Servio ERP system data
• Act as the global process owner and subject matter expert (SME) for Field Servio
• Lead onboarding, permissions management, compliance, and security protocols
• Proactively monitor ERP system performance across cloud and on-premises environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity
• Perform regular data scrubbing and create custom reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business processes
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
