Client Success Specialist

The Role
As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for policyholdersanswering questions, guiding them through benefits, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

- Build lasting client relationships after enrollment
- Explain policy benefits and guide clients through updates or claims
- Provide clear, easy-to-understand education on coverage
- Partner with team leaders to streamline onboarding and service
- Be the trusted go-to for client support needs
