Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Quality Professional to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Quality Department supporting various operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence across the customer journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to quality and innovation.

Location : Houston, TX Pay Range : $50-$55 / hr.

What's the Job?

• Drive and monitor NPS and CXI measures along the end-to-end customer journey to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Create a transparent and open environment that fosters a culture of quality in collaboration with management.
• Provide guidance to identify, assess, and control risks throughout the design and utilization of the Quality Management System.
• Generate real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, support instant decision-making, and promote preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Innovate digital solutions to enhance quality processes by applying creative thinking, coaching, and fostering innovative methods.
