Job Title : Business Analyst (Health Insurance, Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment 7+ Years)

Location : Menands ,NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification :

• Background in Information Technology with hands-on experience supporting large-scale software systems or enterprise applications.
• Skilled in analyzing complex business processes and developing, reviewing, and executing test plans.
• Proficient in researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements across the system, process, and product / service development lifecycle to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing clear documentation and correspondence for business stakeholders, IT program teams, and management.
• Knowledge and experience working within Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), or Medicaid, specifically in areas related to Eligibility and Enrollment (excluding direct Health Care services).
• Experienced in researching, reviewing, and assessing technical specifications to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree required.
