LOCATION : Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego

HOURS : Monday thru Friday, days, possibility of some Saturdays. Clinics closed on holidays & Sundays.

Looking for a full time Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the OB clinics. This office has 6 providers with growth in 2024. The individual must have strong leadership skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with physicians / staff within the office as well as the organization. Collaborates with Practice Manager and Physician Dyad leader to deliver quality care for assigned clinical areas during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of clinical staff. Coordinates and evaluates daily operations and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality care in the department. Acts as a clinical expert, resource and liaison to assure continuity of care for patients. Cultivates an atmosphere of patient focused care through Planetree Philosophy. Oversees nurses as defined by the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.

• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN or MSN is preferred.
• Current IL RN licensure and CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Two years of clinical experience, 1 year Supervisory exp
• If responsibilities include travel between sites, a valid driver’s license is required. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
