The Role
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative AI Project Lead and Facilitator to manage cross-functional initiatives focused on the implementation and orchestration of AI tools and technologies. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AI project management, a deep understanding of AI tools, platforms, orchestration frameworks, emerging industry trends, and a passion for enabling teams to adopt and integrate AI solutions effectively.
Work Location : This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
Is an example of facilitation excellence within the organization. Demonstrate advanced facilitation and communication skills in delivery of training across a broad spectrum of topics to multiple levels of the organization. Demonstrate effective coaching and development of Lumen employees, leaders, and peers to drive the successful completion of key initiatives. Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders at the Director and VP level of the organization. Engage and influence vendors, partners, and HR teams to identify and manage business needs and develop solutions to optimize company performance. Will be responsible for multiple training programs and will analyze metrics and results to present to Directors and VPs. Utilizes critical thinking and needs assessment skills to analyze, problem solve and improve processes through the complete life cycle of medium to large-scale projects. Proactively identify gaps / inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive a change in behavior positively impacting Lumen's results. Demonstrate effective Performance Consulting and partners to identify the best possible solution to improve business performance. Contributes technical expertise to the development, evaluation, and implementation of new training content to drive the achievement of Lumen outcomes. Exercise considerable latitude in decision-making. Partner with Learning architects to apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices in training solutions. Demonstrate Lumen 8 Behaviors of teamwork, trust, transparency, clarity, customer obsession, courage, growth mindset, and respect.
What We Look For In A Candidate
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 5 - 8 years of related experience. Advanced skills in effectively conducting training with a high level of engagement in the following forums : one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning environments. Proven results of applying effective coaching techniques to drive business outcomes. Application of Business Acumen related to Lumen processes, products, and services. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, projects, and deliverable commitments. Familiarity of Lumen's Products and Services.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges $82,969 - $110,625 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $87,117 - $116,156 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $91,266 - $121,688 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.
