Floating Requirements : Travelers will be required to float between all six facilities within the Bassett Health Network as needed and on a daily basis. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adjust to different units and patient care environments throughout the network. ? Shift Notification : Travelers will be notified approximately 2 hours prior to their shift where they are expected to report for the day. ? Mid-Shift Floating : There is a possibility of being floated mid-shift depending on operational needs. Flexibility is essential for this role, and travel
