Senior Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, AI Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the AI Foundations systems integrating LLM outputs into product experiences

Build and operate infrastructure for evaluations and prompt engineering

Orchestrate and optimize LLM usage across the service layer

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in building and leading high-craft software systems

Hands-on experience with LLMs and integrating AI outputs into production systems

Proven ability to design, ship, and operate large-scale, reliable systems

Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience

Must have 4+ hours of overlap with team members in Eastern Time Zone
