As a Medication Technician , you’ll make a direct impact by assisting nurses in administering prescribed medications and ensuring patients receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve. Every shift, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Pay :  $19–$22 / hour

Schedule : Part-Time, 2nd Shift (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain medical records under the supervision of a nurse
• Verify identity of patient receiving medication and record the name of drug, and time of administration on specified forms or database
• Present medication to patient and observe ingestion or other application, or administer medication using specified procedures
• May take vital signs or observe patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepare report or notify designated personnel of unexpected reactions
• Record and restock medication inventories
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor
