We are actively searching for a SERVICE ENGINEER to join 3DR LABS-STRINGS!
This is a REMOTE / VIRTUAL role and is open to candidates from the following states where we already have established operations : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV.
Position Summary :
The Service Engineer plays a strategic role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting our AI-powered medical imaging solutions. This position goes beyond traditional support, encompassing service lifecycle management, proactive performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Service Engineer will act as a critical link between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring high availability, optimized workflows, and exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a unique growth opportunity at the intersection of healthcare IT and artificial intelligence, with responsibility for monitoring and maintaining models that power IT and clinical workflows. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, technical expertise in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases), and experience in healthcare environments—particularly with DICOM, HL7, and FHIR protocols, as well as PACS, VNA, and routing solutions.
