Job Description

• Financial Management & Reporting : Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering insights to leadership.
• Project Financial Oversight : Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, analyze variances, and control costs throughout various project phases.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management : Oversee cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Strategic Financial Planning : Work closely with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, evaluating new business opportunities, and providing insights for financial strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, establish internal controls, and oversee audit processes.
• Leadership : Guide and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented culture.
