Commerce Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Commerce Engagement Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and solutioning conversations with Shopify commerce leads Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and account roadmaps Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery, aligning with internal teams for project success Required Qualifications Experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or agency client services Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including apps and integrations Highly organized and proactive in follow-through Comfortable in a consultative, non-transactional sales role Prior experience at a Shopify partner or commerce agency is a plus
