$110,000 - $120,000 + bonus potential

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our operations, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a key player in a fast-paced, high-growth organization managing over 700 employees, you’ll shape the way we recruit, retain, train, and engage our workforce while developing scalable HR systems to support multi-unit operations.

Job Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a fast-paced environment, ideally in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or retail industries.
• Certifications : SPHR / PHR is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, multi-state employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, retention strategies, training development, and employee engagement programs.
• Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to embrace and drive cultural initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and alignment.
