Position Summary

The Vice President, Data Solutions and Analytics will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing the company's data strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of data management, analytics, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. The VP will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data literacy and innovation. This role focuses on strategic direction and leveraging data for business impact, rather than direct infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate data and analytics into their workflows.
• Recruit, train, and mentor data professionals.
• Translate complex business problems into clearly defined data and technology solutions, providing direction and guidance to data engineers for implementation.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's / applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range

$180,000 — $200,000 USD
