About the Role :

The F&B Supervisor at Delta Green Bay, Wisconsin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during morning hours and evening hours. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience. The supervisor will coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring team members to uphold the restaurant’s values and operational procedures. Ultimately, the Restaurant Supervisor contributes to the overall success and reputation of AC Hotel.by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring guest satisfaction. The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, this role participates in the hotel's tip pool.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and manage a dynamic team environment.
