ROLE DESCRIPTION :

In this role, you will work directly with customers to help protect what matters most. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Build meaningful relationships with customers through inbound and outbound contact
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing support, and claims guidance
• Educate customers on coverage options that protect their families, assets, and future goals
• Maintain accurate records and follow established agency processes
• Contribute to team goals through consistent communication, accountability, and follow-through
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to support personal and professional growth
• Represent the agency with professionalism, care, and a commitment to our mission of service

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
