• Perform service, maintenance, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment with precision and care
• Lead and train junior technicians and installers in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, providing professional recommendations and education on system performance
• Accurately complete service tickets, warranty claims, and job documentation
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition
• Represent with integrity and professionalism on every call

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
