Job Description

The role involves overseeing all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. The manager will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve desired outcomes. Site visits and inspections will be conducted to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, will be handled. Leadership and guidance to on-site teams will be provided to maintain efficiency and performance. Any issues that arise during the construction process will be troubleshooted and resolved. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects will be ensured.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Project Manager - Data Center Construction should have :

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers.
