Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

Location : Sacramento, CA (Onsite training, hybrid option after ramp-up)

Compensation : $80K–$90K DOE + Annual Bonus

Schedule : Flexible hours (8 AM–5 PM core hours, no required OT)

1 : 1 attorney-paralegal setup, handling cases from inception to settlement / trial.

Responsibilities :

Order medical records and draft complaints.

Manage discovery (propound & assemble discovery shells).

Schedule depositions and handle calendar management.

E-file at the state level and provide litigation support.

Requirements :

Experience : Plaintiff civil litigation experience required.

Knowledge : Familiarity with state / local civil procedures, court rules, and deadlines.

Bonus Skills : Trial support experience & bilingual proficiency (not required).
