Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Communicate with customers through various channels and navigate multiple systems
Resolve inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
General Lines Property and Casualty Producer or Agent license required, with assistance provided for obtaining it
