OT Integrator, Digital OEE

Job Description Summary : Design and implement secure, standardized connectivity between shop?floor equipment and digital platforms.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and enforce OT connectivity standards across the Process Target Picture
• Design reliable data flows from PLCs, SCADA, and MES into data lakes or cloud analytics
• Conduct FAT / SAT to confirm performance, safety, and cyber?security compliance
• Resolve connectivity or protocol issues quickly during installation and ongoing operations to minimise downtime
• Create reusable wiring diagrams, gateway settings, and configuration templates that speed up future deployments
• Produce reusable templates and reference architectures for faster rollouts
• Coach site automation teams, deliver clear hand?over documents, and provide on?call expertise during go?live
• Support Procurement in evaluating and selecting sensors, gateways, and edge devices that fit approved standards
• Collaborate with IT Integrator to align network segmentation and identity services
• Keep an accurate inventory of all connected OT assets, firmware versions, & planned upgrades
• Monitor emerging cyber and industry guidelines, updating standards and training

Education, Experience, and Capabilities Preferred

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in?office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work?life balance. Remote or field?based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.

$114,500.00 $189,100.00 USD Annual
