We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate thrives on keeping calendars tight, communication flowing, and priorities clear.

In addition to traditional administrative responsibilities, this role includes providing thoughtful, hands-on support with personal and office-related tasks that help the day run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and light project management support for two senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track key priorities and follow-ups
  • Handle daily email correspondence, triage, draft replies, and flag what matters
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for non-event trips and manage itineraries
  • Assist with personal and household errands as needed
  • Maintain Nashville office organization, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Support general office upkeep and serve as the on-site point person when executives are traveling
  • Organize and maintain Google Drive files and contact databases as platforms evolve
  • Provide support for company events, retreats, and team celebrations
  • Assist marketing / content teams with administrative needs for shoots and projects
  • Prepare and coordinate gifts or tokens of appreciation for special occasions
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in all interactions
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience supporting executives or equivalent administrative experience
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom; project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.) a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven discretion with confidential information
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
  • Organized, dependable, service-oriented, and genuinely happy to help others
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, and team-oriented environment
  • Understands context and purpose behind tasks ("the why"), and seeks clarification before moving forward independently
  • Work Schedule

  • Hours : Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Location : In-office in Nashville, at least 4 days per week (minimum of 5 hours each day) with 1 optional remote day
  • Benefits Package :
