Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally. Our global headquarters is located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.

Amphenol Spectra-Strip is a leader in hyper scale data center bulk wire solutions. We develop and manufacture gigabit copper cable solutions for high performance and cloud compute applications. We are currently seeking a Process Engineering Manager to join our team in Hamden, CT.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to oversee the daily production processes, improvement and support of existing manufacturing processes and products. This role demands a technically proficient leader with over 10 years of experience in engineering and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex issues, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong personality, clear communication, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
