Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI that provide actionable insights for our Operations team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will serve as a critical partner to both Finance and IT, ensuring accurate, accessible, and impactful reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development & Maintenance

Build, enhance, and maintain operational dashboards in Power BI, ensuring accuracy, usability, and scalability.

Collaborate with the IT team to connect to and optimize data from data warehouses and other enterprise systems.

Partner with Operations leadership to design metrics and reports that highlight performance trends, identify risks, and support decision-making.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports, implementing checks and standards where necessary.

Act as the liaison between Finance, IT, and Operations to align business requirements with reporting deliverables.

Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations by interpreting large, complex data sets.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate manual tasks, and improve overall data visualization practices.
