Our client, a fast-growing fintech company , is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and scale paid social strategy end-to-end from planning and creative testing to performance optimization across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with creative, compliance, and product teams to build a best-in-class paid social program that drives growth, brand awareness, and adoption of the company's category-defining copy-trading platform.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale all paid social channels, launching new platforms and campaigns to hit growth targets.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with creative and compliance teams to develop and test ad variations at scale.
- Design innovative campaigns and pixel structures that maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Partner with product and lifecycle teams to optimize user journeys and share actionable insights.
What You Bring
3 to 10 years managing paid social for fast-growing consumer brands / startups.Proven track record scaling paid channels 5x+ from inception.Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit ad platforms.Strong technical marketing background (pixel setup / debugging, event tracking, attribution).Experience driving performance and brand growth simultaneously.Creative, analytical, and highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced Series A startup environment.
