Shipping and Receiving Clerk

PrideStaff is looking for Shipping & Receiving Clerks!

POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for the proper boxing of finished product, accessories and related products for worldwide shipment. Responsible for compliance to Quality Systems Regulation (QSR).

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for knowing the proper methods and procedures to disassemble and package accessories and related products.
• Responsible for reading finished product work orders to verify: Proper product and all order accessories are included for shipment.
• May be required to obtain forklift operators certification.
• Responsible for reporting on a variety of matters such as scrap, safety, training, attendance, purchase orders, etc.
• Participates in a self-managed team. Assumes specific responsibilities on a rotating basis for activities/items such as team representative, team indicators, team meeting minutes, etc.
• Responsible for following all applicable safety/housekeeping guidelines.
• May work on special projects and work in other Materials areas as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Minimum 3years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer knowledge preferred.

Minimum 3 years experience operating Warehouse Equipment such as but not limited to a Stand up Forklift, Sit down Forklift, Electric and/or Manual Pallet Jack.

Must have thorough knowledge and experience using an RF Scanner.

First, Second and Third shifts available in Fresno & Madera
Overtime Must be able to work overtime, as required.

Pay $18+ depending on experience.
