The Leasing Specialist I is accountable for the leasing, marketing, and compliance of an assigned portfolio of real estate. A strong focus on customer service, community relations, and knowledge of fair housing is critical to success in this role.

Work Location

This position supports Lyra, 180 units of market rate housing located in Coon Rapids, MN!

Schedule & Hours :

• The schedule for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday (Tue - Fri 9 am - 6 pm, Sat 10 am - 4 pm).

Manages prospects by answering incoming calls and internet leads. All inquiry calls and emails must be returned promptly (within 24 hours).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range : $18-22 / hour + commission / bonus eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
