About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and validation of enterprise SaaS AI solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting end‑to‑end solutions that balance technical excellence, usability, and business value. You will guide customers and internal teams through the entire solution lifecycle—from discovery and detailed design to implementation and solution validation—ensuring that our offerings are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. This position requires a blend of technical depth, process rigor, and a user‑centric mindset, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design

• Lead discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer objectives and constraints.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures, including process flows, technical blueprints, and user journey maps.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure that usability and user experience are integral to the solution design, supporting seamless and intuitive interactions.
• Develop detailed technical designs, including system integrations, data flows, and security models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Salary Band

$170,000 - $210,000 USD
