Behavioral Health Care is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the State of North Carolina. Opportunities for Core Faculty of the Psychiatric Residency Program are also a possibility.

The Health System is seeking providers for the following due to regional volumes and commitment to expand services :

Emergency Opportunity

• Board Eligible / Board Certified (BE / BC) provider with experience in ED or trained in ED / Psychiatry. The Emergency Department maintains a Psychiatric Unit of 9 beds for patients in crisis. Support team is specialty trained. Schedule consists of 13-hour shifts, approximately 12 shifts per month.
