A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers using their products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer support requests through various communication channels
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and document all support interactions
Assist in testing new products and provide technical training as needed
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Networking, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of customer service experience, particularly in help desk support
Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security technologies
Proficiency with Windows and familiarity with Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, or Azure
