About The Position

Job Title : Radiology Technician

Profession : Radiology Tech

Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8H Days

Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Radiology Technician role, with 2 years in Cardiac Cath, EP, or Vascular

License : Active ARRT

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

Active ARRT certification

Current BLS certification

Current ACLS certification

Willing to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of acceptance of offer

Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath, EP, or Vascular

Description :

Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients.

Ensures the production of quality diagnostic images.

Operates equipment to produce diagnostic images according to patient cases and relevant guidelines.

Ensures the quality of images is satisfactory for clinical purposes.

Involves heart cath procedures, peripherals, pacemakers, ablations, monitoring vitals, and charting.

Utilizes equipment including Philips FD20, Azurion B20, Epic charting, MacLab, ACIST injector, CSI, Laser, Shockwave, balloon pumps, temp pacemakers, and Impellas.

Floating to various units or departments may be required.

All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.

Call is required 1-2 times per week and every 4th weekend.

Late team participation is required for 1-2 times per week for late procedures.
