Field Homeowner Adjuster (Lansing, Michigan) – Full-time, Exempt / Non-Exempt as applicable.
What you will do
The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Homeowner Adjuster who will work under minimal supervision with a high-level approval authority to handle complex technical issues and complex claims. Territory coverage includes Lansing, Jackson, Howell, and Flint areas. You will have the opportunity to :
Claim Specialists assigned to Homeowner claim unit handle claims valued over $25,000 (inside desk) and over $100,000 (field). Investigate claims requiring in-depth coverage analysis and prepare damage estimates using claims software when handling claims in the field. Review estimates for accuracy and may monitor contractor repair status. May assist Claim Manager with file reviews and training.

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaboration, or team-building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary and bonus : Compensation for Claim Specialists ranges; example range provided in posting. In this role, the claimed salary is typically listed as $65,700 to $90,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
