Radiology Scheduler

A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler to work from home at a rate of $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule radiology appointments including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CTs

Address questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs

Document all patient / member interactions using management software

Required Qualifications

High School diploma / GED or equivalent

Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in customer service

Healthcare background in a clinical setting or contact center

Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm

General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
