Essential Functions

• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his / her customer populations and departmental services
• Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution
• May assist in or conduct hiring and training of office staff
• May assist in or conduct performance evaluations for staff members
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs and medical waste disposal
• Supervises the employees and the work flow of the office
• Duties as assigned.
